Feet First Refund & Return Policy

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 10 working days from the date on which you received them from Feet First. The products must be received by Feet First within 30 working days from the date of your receipt thereof.

Terms and Conditions of Return

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  • the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
  • the products are returned in their original packaging;
  • the products are accompanied by proof of purchase;
  • the returned products are sent to Feet First in a single delivery.
  • Feet First reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;
  • Feet First must receive the goods within 30 working days from the date of your receipt thereof.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, Feet First shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. You are responsible for the postage and packing of returned goods. If the returned products cannot be accepted you will be notified of your failure to fulfill the conditions indicated above. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, Feet First reserves the right to retain the products and the sums paid for your purchase of the products.

Refund Times and Procedures

After Feet First has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. The refund procedure will start within 30 days from when Feet First learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once Feet First has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

In the case of gifts, the refund of the sums paid for purchases will be made to the individual who made the payment.

Express Service

For an extra £25 per pair,  ( plus post and packaging ) we can repair your boots within 48 hours and return them to you the following working day.

Excludes Channel Islands, Eire and certain repairs such as stitching
